This is a product preview

Simply Reply currently demonstrates guided training, sample review workflows, deterministic safety checks, browser installation, and local data controls. It does not connect to Google, publish responses, charge a subscription, or promise production availability.

These draft terms describe the preview. They are not a paid-service agreement and must be replaced or approved by qualified counsel before customer enrollment.

The business owner remains in control

The owner is responsible for the accuracy of business facts, policies, examples, and response approvals supplied to Simply Reply. The product must never be used to invent customer records, reveal private information, impersonate another business, or publish a response without authority.

Human approval is required for every response in the planned initial service. Sensitive, legal, safety, billing, personnel, or disputed-fact reviews may be blocked or escalated instead of drafted for publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use Simply Reply to:

  • Access or manage a Business Profile without the owner’s explicit authority.
  • Harass reviewers, fabricate endorsements, manipulate ratings, or evade platform rules.
  • Publish private, confidential, deceptive, unlawful, or infringing content.
  • Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the product’s security or approval controls.
  • Use customer or Google data for surveillance, advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling.

Google relationship and authorization

Simply Reply is independent software and is not affiliated with, certified by, or endorsed by Google. Google Business Profile access will remain subject to Google’s terms, policies, quotas, product availability, and authorization controls.

A business must directly authorize any future connection and retain ownership of its Business Profile. Explicit owner approval is required before a third party may respond to reviews on the business’s behalf.

Generated responses require judgment

Drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular circumstance. Simply Reply is a writing and workflow aid—not legal, medical, accounting, crisis, employment, or reputation-management advice. The business remains responsible for reviewing the facts, tone, permissions, and consequences before publication.

Preview availability

The preview may change, pause, lose locally stored progress, or be withdrawn. Export anything you want to retain. No service-level commitment, backup promise, warranty, or production support obligation applies to this preview.

Subscriptions and commercial terms are not active

Pricing, trial length, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, usage limits, and support commitments have not been activated. Those terms must be shown and accepted before the first paid pilot begins; they cannot be inferred from this preview.

What must be completed before launch

The legal operator, contact address, governing law, dispute process, warranty language, liability limits, indemnity, suspension rules, termination process, and change-notice procedure still require legal review. Public registration should remain disabled until those decisions are complete and the final terms are affirmatively accepted by each customer.

The Google-specific operating boundaries are informed by the Google Business Profile third-party policies.
